Land Development Engineer – Residential Subdivisions
About This Role
Design site civil plans for large residential and mixed-use developments in the booming Austin metro. Responsibilities include grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion controls. You will manage client relationships, lead project teams, and coordinate with local municipalities on permitting. Civil 3D proficiency is essential for this role.
Requirements
- PE required.
- 5+ years of land development engineering experience in Texas.
- Civil 3D proficiency required.
- Strong working knowledge of City of Austin and Travis County development standards.
