About This Role
Navigate entitlement and permitting processes for commercial and mixed-use development projects in Los Angeles and surrounding counties. Prepare planning applications, attend public hearings, and coordinate between developers and city planning departments. Strong CEQA knowledge is essential for this role.
Requirements
- AICP preferred.
- 4-7 years of planning or permitting experience in California.
- Strong knowledge of CEQA, Title 21, and LA City/County development standards required.
- Excellent written communication skills essential.
